Over the past two weeks, I have traveled to various cities along the east coast promoting my new book Go from Stressed to Strong: Health & Fitness Advice from High Achievers. I cannot tell you how much fun I have been having meeting so many new, smiling, and friendly faces. The reception and feedback I’ve received from so many readers has been incredibly positive and encouraging. I have been especially touched by so many people who shared with me their own personal stories, and struggles towards better self-care. My mission is to take you from “Stressed” to “Strong”, filling in that gap between you knowing what you have to do-and actually doing it. We can close that gap together! I can help you gain strength as you begin your own health journey.

I look forward to continuing my travels throughout the country in hopes of meeting even more of you, my Strength Seekers, but I need your help. Please leave a review on B&N.com or Amazon.com to share what you thought of the book. Your feedback is helpful to me, and more importantly other potential readers who may need a little nudge before clicking “Purchase”.

To those folks who I’ve heard from recently who have tried to purchase the book from your local bookstore and found that they need to order it for you, I apologize. It seems that some stores have run out of copies already, so please ask the bookseller to order it. And, if you haven’t yet picked up a copy of my book, or if you have purchased the book, but know someone who could benefit from the helpful tips, tools, and recipes included in the book, I encourage you to share the FREE Chapter download that I am giving away on my website titled “Get Out of Bed & Fall Into a Routine” guaranteed to help anyone go from stressed to strong.

In case you missed the FB Live video we aired last week during my very first book tour event, hosted by Florida International University in D.C., I’ve included it here so you can see how much fun we’ve been having at my events. Joining me were three incredible women who I feature in my book: Christy Adkins, Reebok CrossFit Games Competitor, Stacey Colino, author, health & wellness reporter, and Lori Garver, former NASA Deputy Administrator.

I would like to give special thanks to my host Florida International University, along with Chix DC , Little Wild Things City Farm, Balance Gym DCCrossFit Praxis, and each of the phenomenal panelists for all of their support in making this event such a success!

I hope to see YOU soon!
