How it works

01 | Motivation is essential to taking action.

Motivation is essential to taking action and accomplishing your goals, and a wellness coach can help you find that motivation. I provide you with everything you’ll need to successfully complete, and crush each week’s plan. At the end of each week, we’ll have a twenty-minute, 1:1 check-in, and wrap-up session, acknowledging all of the victories and challenges you came up against during your weeklong journey. Add them to your calendar & let’s rock it out.

02 | Work at your own pace.

Each daily exercise is delivered in your inbox 5 days a week and usually takes about 15 minutes to complete. The Course does include a few more-detailed exercises requiring up to 45 minutes, and will be explained at the beginning of the program. Feel free to complete the exercise in the morning, during an afternoon break or after work. Choose a time of day when you are without interruptions and distractions.

03 | Learn how to meal plan for your workweek like a boss

Changing your eating habits permanently is the only way to make permanent changes to your metabolism. These types of permanent changes don’t just happen overnight or even with one decision to make a change to your life. It takes weekly and daily choices to make lifestyle changes. It all starts with planning ahead using my tips for better weekly meal preparations.

04 | Work smarter, not harder.

We all want to be well, and yearn to be in control and feel better. But there’s an enormous gap between wanting to be well and the everyday reality of living with the mental and physical health penalties of overeating, under-exercising, and having too little down time. I’m here to help you fill that gap by providing daily tips and tools that are easy to digest and implement.

05 | Work your workout like a boss.

I get you started by providing you with a 5-Day plan with quick workouts that are sure to give you the burn that you are looking for along with helping you lose weight, if that’s your goal. Even the busiest schedule can handle these workouts and I promise you’ll have fun even while you sweat.
