Ingredients:
3 cups frozen organic whole strawberries
2/3 cup cold water
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup raw honey
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse for 1 minute
After pulsing, blend contents until smooth
Transfer the sorbet to a small airtight container that is safe for the freezer
Freeze sorbet for 2 hrs. before serving
*garnish with fresh mint (optional)
